Spirit Gate Acupuncture & Wellness is not contracted with any insurance companies, but we will happily provide you with a super bill and any needed assistance in seeking reimbursement.  If you have a PPO, we can verify your insurance benefits and submit claims on your behalf.

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from keeping an appointment. While we would prefer 48 hours notice, we require at least 24 for a cancellation. This allows other patients that are waiting for a cancellation to be notified. Cancellations without at least 24 hours notice will incur a fee for the full amount of the service.

What to wear

Wear comfortable and loose fitting clothes. Please avoid coming in with an empty stomach or immediately after a large meal.

"Katya has a way of making you feel like you and your goals through acupuncture are her only priority. I truly appreciate her love of essential oils that she intuitively adds to every session.”
